"Living Being Mindful" is an inner well-being course where you will learn how to take care of your physical and mental well-being harmoniously and live peacefully by maintaining your desired mind state and body with self-consciousness, self-awareness, and realization.
A human being exists in harmony with mind, body, emotions, memory, and energy, but there is no school teaching us how to build up our mind and manage it in the way we want our mind to be. In this Living Being Mindful course, Thida will share what she has studied and exercised about inner well-being over 20 years of exploration. I attended the TDA Life Coaching after a recommendation from a family member that has attended as well and I thoroughly enjoyed discussing various topics about mindfulness and learnt new topics that pushed me towards a positive mindset and goal settings to move forward in my career, family, relationships, etc.
The coach and moderator both gave attention and care to each and one of the attendees and provided us with added value to our livelihoods from the course. I would join this course again in the near future and also am interested in joining other courses from TDA brand.
In attending the relationship, I got this meaningful coaching course with teacher Ma Thida who has shown me and was guiding me in the direction of a human being's life, how to be smart, deal with people and always reminds me to keep mindful carefully. Also, I realize how to forgive myself and the rest of people around me.
In LBM, you learn how to accept your mind rather than try to control it. Understanding the nature of mind, I got to learn practical techniques on how to prevent my thoughts and reactions from impacting myself and others, and how to deal with the consequences if they happen. I became more aware of my feelings, thoughts, and unconscious reactions which were hidden deep inside, and realized the power of acceptance and living in the present. I had a chance, in the class, to experience how to manage extreme emotion and move on by accepting the way it is. It is all thanks to teacher Thida Aung and Ma Yamong. Attending the LBM course is 100% recommended.
I found out the nature of the negative inner voice that bothers me all the time, the root cause of why it happens, and which identity I did end up with in life. I also learned that the future was taken over by the ego of the past and surviving mindset. As a result of this realization, I am able to let go of unnecessary masks, live with being, and keep my future empty again to create whatever I want. It is a really great mindfulness course showing you how to live consciously, peacefully, and fulfilled in every moment. Thank you very much, Teacher Thida Aung.
The knowledge I gained from the course was definitely worth the money. Back in the day, when my life didn't turn out as expected and I was feeling down, I studied astrology and other energy work classes. After attending the LBM course, I finally realized that our mind is the foundation of everything and how much impact our imagination has on reality.
